i feel this announcement is a nice way of saying there's a slight delay in the final seismic results which were expected during Dec, then late Jan, and now early Feb.
I would have liked a announcement telling us exactly what he told OTP last Friday. When we expect our shares and scaleback Friday, why do we need to learn about the delay through a share holder which has contacted the company directly. He has taken the time to respond to OTP, just do it properly to everyone.
