well I would not announce anything in this market . Let it all play out and find its base wait for nasdaq and biotech sentiment to turn upward and then bring out the news is my view . Why would any company announce into this that is the reason they changed strategy and are awaiting sentiment to return I feel .Bunker down put the stock in the draw and come back in a moth or so is my view . AIMO of course each to their own .
