super dodgy in my view. will allow shorts to cover and highly surprised if this wasnt known..
if it was so "overbid" why didnt they raise the offer price ffs.. no spp, and a massive discount to recent vwap (obviously mentioned last close as more palatable relative discount..)
classic asx shifty behaviour imho.
still very pro this project, and hopefully after a bit of a rant, i'll get over this quickly.
