Yeah surely its a seperate business, But spending PPK cash reserves to accomplish to purchase another mining asset doesn't make much sense in my head unless they are offering the existing owner an equity share in the new ASX listing.
Considering the issues in the coal industry and that most of the larger OEM's are in distress, adding another to our coal asset could make it worse.
The annual report released in November 2021, reported
- New Coaltram sales of 4 in the FY 2022
- New Mantrasporter sales of 6 in the FY 2022
Would be good to understand if these have occurred?
