The AFR must have an article out today. I don't subscribe online so will have to wait until I read the paper to see it, but the snippet I have seen is:
"The fate of Western Australia's major gas retailer, Alinta, was hanging in the balance last night after it suffered an adverse ruling in a price dispute with its supplier, the Woodside Petroleum-led North West Shelf Venture."
I guess we should hear more news today anyway.
Also, shouldn't this increased cost be passed onto the consumer anyway and not be borne by the company?
