    There has been a lot of criticism of the CEO in relation to the engineering delay. I generally don't comment on management but I am a little mystified by the amount of criticism levelled at the CEO over this issue. The contract development manufacturing organisation are the ones who are running the process and I just wonder what expertise and input the CEO has in it. Could someone enlighten me please.
