I'd suggest there aren't enough of us here to influence the vote enough on 3 to 6. Probably a lot of passive investors who don't even know there is an AGM or vote who will all be proxied as a "yes"

The BOD can see the vote and would normally be doing something such as revising or removing these resolutions if they thought they were in danger of being voted down.

Regardless at least the more of us who vote against them will show there is a somewhat active group of shareholders that will eventually grow over time and they may not be so greedy next time around or risk a first strike.
