    Ill make a bold prediction that he wont get anywhere near his fill at that price without market crash(could happen)..With less than 400k on offer if he is serious he should look towards our 52 week high of 40c. Thats app 2.5% of the register and straight into a substantial holders notice. Thats alot of coin at an early stage explorer.
