Could somebody pls provide more info and explaintion about GPT's hedge positions. the termination of hedge seems reduceing interest at this moment of low variable rate but the interest rate is going up again and also the termination cost is too high ($152M). As my personal experience I chosed variable rate last year when the interest was high and a possibility of going down. In the May of this year I chaned my loan to fixed loan when the rate was low and a possibility of increase.
