will be v. interesting to see the results of the scoping study. There has been a lot of work done on this project over many years with little hard information forthcoming. Publicly at least, the co remains confident.
Last time I spoke to R about it (probably 6 months ago) he would not divulge any info at all (on timing etc). Maybe I'm just confirming my own biases (being a holder), but this seems OK. If it was fluff he would be shooting his mouth off.
