Do the "Direct Shares" in the NAB screen shot I put up of directors John and Tam mean that they actually purchased those shares out of their own pocket? To me a CEO or Director who purchases shares out of their own pocket (not just given in a package deal) is more important because it shows they are personally financially invested in the company and it's in their best interest for it to succeed.
