    As a aside, shouldnt they have release 2 asx announcments, one for a buyback and one for the takeover offers?
    I saw the share buyback announcement and decided to not even read it and wondered why the price went nuts.

    Makes me wonder about intelligence the people who sign these public facing announcements off.
