Yeah it's going to take some major insto buyers to make a move, and I have a feeling any watching right now are waiting for confirmation of an ongoing sales trend given the covid situation in the states at the moment.
That's at least my thinking.
The thing is though once the tide turns it turns hard. We've seen it before.
