that is interesting- i was thinking it might be Toyota's cut as a condition of the supply agreement although the fact that the notice states that "the shares were transferred to unknown transferee(s)" throws me a bit.
i love they way AAR had the facsimile signed by a partner and countersigned by a law graduate! gotta justify that legal bill!!!
