Cook advised 50% debt available (but not locked in) and probably working on balance although a CR for some is a possibility. My frustration is any debt could be repaid from cash flows within 1- 2 years based on my calculations. This would leave CVN awash with cash flows for the next 8 years or so. Plenty for future exploration, building a cash buffer for ron, dividends for us and potentially a share buyback. Plenty to be excited about.
