2nd strike, no spill, extra shares voted down and the governance guy got voted in but he had the least for votes(68% from memory), increase in remuneration voted down.
I still think, they think, this is all about remuneration. They need to wake the f up and sharpen up. It’s not just about remuneration, it’s about your performance or in this case lack of.
