Good points. In a stable market it would be easier to go it alone. But our ph3 has a bit to play out before they make an investment decision. Sounds like FDA want more information on Lag3 method of action before making a recommendation. And what they have to say will determine how this plays out. Note that the EMA didn’t specifically endorse a ph3 they just endorsed our clinical program, not sure if that means anything.
On balance now without a significant recovery in the share price you’d have to assume they would need a partner for AIPAC
