Retailers don't give one thought to the credit rating of their customers who are paying by cash, credit card or Zip payment!
They are getting their money either way not their problem!
2% 3% isn't worth thinking about when they are offering 25% off to clear their selves and create cash flow!
Retail all about turnover!
