@1%, for 10mil is 100k per year without any loan borrowed is still alot of money, i still wondering why would they need this tough 10% is alot of interest, considering home loan still hover around 2%, also we are talking about a company that is public listed they could have a better deal on whatever loan they want. sound like they are getting a facilities from a legitimate loan shark.
After all the capital raising we all should agree they would be sufficient cash to weather anything next 12 month at least. Smoothwall acquisition probably still need alot of $$ to inject
