Where are the announcements of change of interest? Obviously no one is taking a 5% position. Maybe taking a 3 to 4% which needs not be reported. No point posting accumulation by institutional investors if you can’t back it with facts.
Contact the company and ask for a Top20 as of 1st January. I did and yet to hear a response. LDA Capital mould be a significant seller, they sold last round and profits were 31m.
Suggest before grasping at straws, take a look at the trading. It’s madness gone wrong, many people buying in are going to get hurt. This is not $2, $10 until they start engaging with their shareholders and not some ‘we a secret society stock’ mentality.
The new CEO should be ashamed of himself and probably questioning what is this all about. Doorbells? Prototype cars? Shaking bridges? VB cans and VB stubbies. Marketing at its finest. Cough.
For mine, the company has lost the plot with reporting, IF they have nothing to report chances are they have nothing Food for thought albeit very dissatisfied as a shareholder to be involved that they are not updating on potential, their 4c should look very bad, and the one after that and maybe the one after that.
Looks terribly messy but rewarding for the Directors.
Downramp? No…. I just am disinterested in being a shareholder as shares are traded ambiguously with no concern or comment from the company. LDA had the balls to comment on the 21 pump, ‘he didn’t understand it’
Saying all that, I once believed but now questioning. The company needs to make announcements of agreements regardless of disclosure issues, on face value the company has no agreements IMO.

I also emailed LDA for their take on Brainchip, once I get the reply I’ll post it.
