Agreed Stoker, the whole culture within TNG rewards or at least very readily accepts failures to deliver ... Board, CEO, APM.. Its continual and embedded in the company hence the quarterly is almost a cut and paste from last quarter. There is "so much going on" that was "going on" the quarter before and the quarter before that with a few "new ideas" to excite the market and divert attention...
The Board need to better represent shareholder interests, give Paul some hard KPI's to deliver by the end of the year, formally review his performance against those KPI's quarterly and if he is not delivering, move him off or aside and let someone experienced in who will deliver...
