I don't think it will be down to a cent in that timeframe (look at how well the price held up today) but I think the point you make is valid. I suspect that the review when it drops will fundamentally change the scope of PSD. Either the market will love it and the sp rallies or hate it and precede a sell off. Ie anyone who is invested will probably wait to see the outcome now they have come this far. All IMO and DYOR.
