Has anybody worked out what Aurox is worth based on reserves as it sits today?
Here's my opinion they have a proved reserve of 180 million
tons let say at $70 a ton = $12.6 billion
Reserves are some times valued at 2% of there export value
that would = $252 million divided by 190 million shares
= $1.32 a share even with a %50 discount still would
= 0.66c a share.
(you will note that $70 a ton is a conservative figure the spot price at the moment is about $100 a ton )
What I am trying to say is that I have no concern about buying AXO for 30 cents it's cheap if they cant get it going another company will buy the reserves.
I hope to start buying back in this week if all goes well
with my other intrests.
(also I didn't include the other commodities at Balla Balla)
