The current market condition aside, I don't think any investors will care much for VMS until a plan, including timeframes, is presented as to how they plan on getting these resources out of the ground. Until that is forthcoming, digging a few holes won't move the SP at all.
Remember quite a few have been burnt by VMS, so once bit, twice shy
