Hi groins ...................maybe, but I do not believe the Biggies will wait too much longer. Remember the winner will probably be on huge profits down the road. Also if I remember they did take over others who had products that were - to my belief - not all officially approved but the authorities. Their products were not as advanced as AVR's. From comments from Wayne there are Doctors that are extremely impressed with the results.
And they are a super wealthy bunch. There is a huge push for the USA to get back on track as regards its once manufacturing superiority.
