    Gday Frank,
    Ive been looking into LPI and im trying to get my head around the WA asset demerger.
    Ive read on the LPI website there putting together a management team and the demerger will be complete in in Q2 of 2022 but will shares automatically be distributed to current LPI share holders or will it be an IPO?
