VL is the brother in law of FC and his career is almost identical.
Left a job selling phones and things and went to Mobi Data as Managing Director, This company owned IP and was being integrated in a rather large deal worth millions. Under VL the company was sold for less than $100,000. It never traded and its IP was not realised under VL.
VL became a director of Mobi Ltd . Shares were not less than .12c on exchange. VL was a director and was involved in the name change of Mobi to Hostech now trading at less than .02c
Shares whilst VL a director fell from .12c to .02c.
VL appointed himself CEO of Red Paragon in May 08. In July 08 first machine delivered to factory.Much fanfare but alas VL got rid of all employees and people who knew how to work the machines. VL upsets the machinery manufacturer and others. The machines sit idle as no one can work them and RP loses orders as quotes are wrong and VL upsets large developers.VL is the only employee drawing large income and sells RP to MVH in late January 2009 but machines are stll idle. However there is money in the Bank. VL gets a job as CEO and President of the suspended MVH in April 2009 and stll is CEO of RP which is still sleeping and the machines are still idle.
From April to September 2009 MVH and RP not trading but VL expects to get paid over $70,000 in shares plus options ( see resolutions 7 & 9 )for GOK (g.d only knows)
If the shareholders don't want people like FC and VL running their company then make sure you come to the AGM or give your proxy to someone.
