My perspective here, from previous ann's they have suggested funding is ready to go on the back of approvals.

The delay in approvals has coincided with a stubstancial increase in spot price and may allow us to further sharpen the pencil in regards to funding agreement. Jz kind of touched on this in last interview.

So while we really want approvals it isn't hurting us any nor is it actually delaying anything from occurring. Conversely it may be helping us.
Drilling approvals for both projects would be helpful as they could have been physically drilled and data collected.. But again I think Jz mentioned no point spending the money unless expansion was approved..
