Finance Minister Simon Birmingham has estimated the Labor claim would cost $13 billion each year to issue 10 free tests every quarter to all Australians aged five and over.

So the fw's gave somewhere between 20 and 40 billion away to businesses that didn't need it, (many foreign owned). But they're saying that 13 billion a year spent to keep the population safer, moving freely and spending - is too much? This mob who claim to be great economic managers still don't understand human behavior. Never will.
