For those PLL shareholders who do directly hold SYA shares and are planning on (virtually) attending SYA AGM ... would someone please ask Brett Lynch to clarify (meaning he did not respond to my emailed question)
1. The offtake with PLL for SYA Quebec entitles PLL to the first113ktpa produced OR 50% of production WHICHEVER is GREATER
and
2. Under what conditions would that offtake amount change ... understood the priority of supply might change (e.g. to supplying a PLL/SYA Chemical plant in Quebec ... but its still PLL's SC6 at price of offtake).
