Agree
Shareholders are not employers of a CEO.
They are holders of Equity with voting rights.
The number of shares doesn't change just the size of shares of the holders. EG Top 20
In the case of a large holder they might have some sway in terms of demands on the company but to say they are the employer is simply a symptom of one's own frustration on this not happening the speed at which we would like not basis fo fact !
