Quite simply, they are flogging another rare earth company, a junior. It appears to me they had a vested interest in downplaying LYC and attract investors to the other company. Their analyst doesn't even bother to turn up at LYC investor/analyst briefings anymore. Their analyst note on LYC is a joke.
