Well I sold out of REP for pretty much break even (except brokers fees) this morning, then waited till this afternoon to load up on HCW at $1.78.
I had a very small amount of HCW at $2.15 so averaged at $1.81 or so.Still only 1.5 % of portfolio, it is a pretty small REIT relatively speaking so will not be more than 2% of portfolio..maybe add some more down the line if the market continues to panic.
This is fair to good value at present in my humble opinion.
