I doubt it 4sight.
Who overwhelmingly sets up all the stop loses and take the short positions which then, when the trade goes against them, cause wild gyrations in the market which, in turn, causes distortions. Sure some of the fundamental investors might capitulate but its's those wonderful worthless unproductive traders that are the root cause of the problem.
