Everything's fine with the Raisebore they have just encountered harder ground then anticipated during the second leg. With the first leg they rebuilt and replaced the cutters at the 250m mark and scheduled the same for the second. With the hardened ground on the second leg they have been replacing the cutters at the 100m marks and it takes about 5 days to lower, change cutters then raise to drill. So that being said on the 500m hole about a 25-30 day delay. The powers no big deal either, TasNetworks are responsible partly for the switch yard upgrade and they are owned by the Tasmania Government, and we all know how fast Government bodies move haha
