DSE is in a high PE multiple so it was always going to pullback with any market pullback. given how heavy the market has been smashed especially the tech secor its held up quite well.
DSE is peofitable and has 20mil in the bank. so this is fabourable in this environment.

risks: with an acqusition looking likely given that management have no experience of acquisitions and intergrating them a lot of people may be holding out to see what they purchase first. positively i like that management are being diligent with any options they look at and not rushing in to it. they have also suggested any purchase would be accreitive so they are looking at another poaitive ebitda run company therefore hopefully reducing any liklihood of another CR in the future.
i'm okay with how things are progressing at the moment.

I imagine DSE will look at buying more substantial tech businesses and my presumption would be that the purchase amount would be more than $20mil.

Clearly it would be beneficial to pay some in cash and some in stock. The higher the stock price the more prospective businesses that could be potential takeover targets.
