I'm basing that on MFG's stated dividend payment policy and expectations of NPAT for the half year. Remember they have stated that the St James mandate had a negligible impact on 1HY.
The dividend policy is not a function of the shareprice, at least MFG have never stated that.
I'm sticking with my view unless I am given good reasons not to.
