My guess is that any change to interest rates, be it .25, .5%, etc., would be insignificant compared to the growth of the business in the USA.
Secondly, if interest rates do rise because of improving economic conditions, this would also lead to consumers buying & spending more, which in turn would benefit CCPs business's like Radio Rentals, Wallet Wizard, etc.
