Ann: Results of 2021 Annual General Meeting, page-12

Not a popular opinion I'm sure, but I think it is very poor form to a) hold the AGM in the absence of the most recent quarterly results and b) not even release a chairman's address. Considering the AGM was not made available online (what the heck), this seems quite disrespectful to shareholders. This is the Annual General Meeting for goodness sake! I get that without the latest 4C/activities report they can't say much, but surely that's the whole reason to get organised enough to release said reports in advance of the AGM, or even the day of. Lots of other ASX companies do this, it can't be that hard. I don't expect executives sitting in another country to necessarily appreciate this, but surely it's Paul Russell's job to explain to the exec team that if you're an Australian listed entity with a bunch of Australian retail shareholders on the register, you could at least try to communicate with them. I realise I no longer have skin in the game but honestly, releasing the AGM results with zero commentary on the company is simply very bad form.
