Questions I will be asking at the AGM:
1) Regarding the timeline/budget for NAL coming online, do these numbers take into factor, the rising cost of inflation, and does it take into factor, COVID-related, and supply chain delays that are very likely?
2) Does SYAXF have any plans to upgrade to OTCQX? That is a more realistic short term goal and a good precursor to uplisting to a main exchange on the US Stock Exchange.
3) Is SYA prepared to fend off a shorts attack? The odds of us getting one may be pretty low, but not implausible. We all saw what happened with SLI and Blue Orca, and while the Blue Orca attack was ineffectual and full of holes, Standard Lithium's response was even worse. They were caught completely unprepared and their initial response actually made the SP worse for a while, until they issued a more complete rebuttal.
4) Are we still on track as far as the timetable for the NAL/Authier DFS? For the scoping study? When do you estimate a DFS for Moblan?
5) Can you please clarify and elaborate on the comment made by Guy Laliberte, CEO Sayona-Quebec on January 11th of this year at the ICM when he commented that the offtake agreement with Piedmont Lithium is NO longer valid once SYA decides to move to phase two, which is production of carbonate or hydroxide?
6) Guy Laliberte, furthermore commented that 40% of a carbonate plant was already in place at NAL. Can you please elaborate on this? What is meant by 40%? Physically 40% or 40% cost-wise?
7) What is your timeline and plan for funding 60% of the cost of building the concentrator at Moblan? How much of that was already in place and progressed by Guo Ao? When will the concentrator come online?
8)Also in respect to Moblan, does the potential exist for negotiations with Trolius and/or Osisko Mining Group for lithium exploration rights on their large claims surrounding Moblan?
9) Can you please elaborate and comment on the three refineries outlined in the Stakeholder pack of your North American Strategy: the Abiliti, Becancour, and Saguenay refineries that SYA proposes to feed from its two hubs?
10) Can you comment on the timeline for attaining tier 2 lithium resource status, and when do you plan to attain tier 1 status?
11) The June Quarterly Appendix 5B showed end of June Cash Balance to be $34.964,000 against the Final Year End accounts of $35,502,596.....a difference of $5358,596. This is very concerning to us as investors. How can we be sure that you don’t repeat another accounting error like this?
12) Your public relations campaign and means of distributing news, especially on social media, is at best unprofessional, and is very ineffective. Your twitter account distributes very little information and merely retweets other twitter accounts that are by all accounts, paid promotors for SYA. Please tell us your plans for completely overhauling this- either by outsourcing completely to a professional public relations agency or hiring a professional and experienced public relations manager.
