    Hey @MurriO

No, I don't believe in that hypothesis at all.
There was a drop in the SP after 20th Jan, AGM because of that possible perception which IMO was misconceived.

    As @tossydog said yesterday
"very happy with the path the business is taking to navigate the US listing. I am also confident that the business is in a very strong position to take advantage of future opportunities. The last fortnight has proven, that the board will not give our shares away without creating long-term "sticky" investors or true value for us all. The business and board are very excited about our future and so am I. "

My take on this is that because the market conditions were not ideal, then that would have impacted the BOD's shareholding (14% of the company) and hence our shareholdings - the remaining 86% of the company. I think it would be human nature for Joel and the Board to think " how is this IPO move going to impact my shareholdings if I do XYZ?" Well, in that case, I won't I will do ABC which will protect my shares and the rest of the other 7,000 plus shareholders too.

I would think the BOD would have been very mindful of who was actually going to take on the shares on offer via the IPO, determining what the future intentions of each individual new shareholder - "BUY, HOLD, SELL" - would be too difficult to calculate, but in a market moving rapidly South and in particular the NBI index (Biotech Index) on the Nasdaq, I would believe those odds would have been less favorable for all existing shareholders.

Mindful of course that with "PARITY" in place, once listed on the NASDAQ our IHL's would on the ASX have moved SOUTH in tandem with the IXHL's.

The top 20 holders that I have been fortunate enough to converse with and some other big holders (posters) here, all have given me the impression that Joel is a very big thinker and a "young gun" of the utmost integrity, he has their confidence and mine too. Some posters here do wear tin foil hats, not implying you do @MurriO but some posters who have invaded our IHL shores recently do not understand the company and what they are trying to achieve, both for themselves personally and for the patients that they are endeavoring to help with the therapies being developed.

For most of the long-termers here who do respect the intentions of the BOD and who do understand that the business that is being built on respect, credibility, research, science and leaders in their fields, it's a bit disappointing at times for those knuckle heads to disturb an otherwise great IHL forum. Sorry verging onto a rant here !! haha

    Good luck @MurriO wink.png
