Agreed, TripAces. Capturing agent subscriptions is the key metric. Having more agents engage with the platform is encouraging, but they are using the platform for free. Less than 1% of the 185,000 agents have taken out monthly subscriptions (US$49 per month). This figure is underwhelming, especially since RMY management say they are focussing on it. How long will we need to wait before we reach an inflexion point with agents seeing an RMY subscription as a "must have" utility to promote their business. Hopefully, we get a bump with the RYM agent awards in Feb 2022. In my view, management and staff are going to have to do better to become cash positive in FY2022.
