We need to see a strong(er) conversion to ARR in FY22. Houses selling themselves is not necessarily good for RMY but with inflation on the rise and the Fed increasing interest rates in March it will cool the market, agents will have to fight that little bit harder to get that listing or represent that buyer. Worth a few dollars to get noticed one would think. Get those sales and marketing teams to push hard based on changing market conditions. I still believe the inflection is near.
