Thanks for your support Cabe but Big Kev does not phase me.
I agree with a new Board.
Ross should and will return. He is essential to the ongoing sale of simulators and any new medical equipment.
JA should probably stay on the Board as he has delivered a relist and tells it as it is be it good or bad.
A fourth Board member is also essential so that we never return to the 2 v 1 scenario with the Chairman's casting vote being useless as happened to RH.
To make this happen, VL and FC must go.They have both got a track record of ineptitude and failing to provide any worthwhile input apart from dipping their greedy little hands in the lollie jar at the expense of shareholders and employees.
If VL and FC don't get the message and depart then we, the shareholders, will enforce our rights whether at the AGM or later.
