Ok maybe that's oversimplfying but that is crazy.

I remember reading how much Adani spent to get its mine in place and pretty sure a billion+ bucks come to mind and the # of rules and regs they needed to address were in the many 1,000s and compared to some places in the US...there were like 15 rules/laws/regs they would have needed to take note of

And ya wonder why we struggle over here to get good projects up and out of the ground
