Markets are cyclical, Pennies are high risk and very speculative. We have seen many global shifts, up and down. Instos and hedge funds love uncertainty and will sell, sell, sell when there are times like these, no matter how good the specs sheets read to gain bigger advantages and buy back in again low after the retailers drive the volume down.

There are three things I have noticed after the years of investing in Pennies.

1. SOI register size does play a role during times of volatility when there are large numbers of Retail Investors holding shares. LPD has 82.2% of its Register in the hands of the General Public.

2. Emotion (fear) ABSOLUTELY plays a part in decision making when global markets tank in large percentage points.

3. Inexperienced or even experienced Retailers go looking for opinions during times of volatility to try and give themselves the courage to buy or sell. Reading lots of negative commentaries DEFINITELY plays a role in the 'DECISION MAKING ' processes of inexperienced retail investors. I have spoken with many investors about this over the years.

Finally: A loss only becomes a loss when it is realised; i.e. You sell. Until then it is simply a number on a paper sheet that can alter significantly in a day, few days or 2 weeks. DYOR and this is just an observation.

Keep focusing on the reports and watch for updates. GLTAH and let's get through this period, and go back to talking about what the company is achieving and has delivered for us.
