Eventually smart and long term investors will move in on this stock because they also do their research and their calculations and see what I see: $3.93-$5.40 sp potential before construction begins. There is no reason why this stock does not deserve a 20% MC/NPV at current stage of BFS and a 30% MC/NPV before construction begins, just like many other mining projects. In fact Hawsons project is such a high quality project with great surrounding infrastructure readily available, it should deserve even more, not less.
Iron ore price is moving fast to USD $150/ton. $150/ton is an important figure because it will give potential customers the urge to lock in off-take agreements.
