Pa2000, I see your previous posts are impartial. Not a huge bull like 20500 or bear like the rest of us.

    1. Last announcement by Dykes indicates the following; 20.27 mil outstanding in today's Aussie exchange rate, whilst only 10.17 mil has been paid. Down from 42.01 mil in 30 of June 2009. This difference makes a loss of 11.67 mil. No declaration of any amount was declared as being written off. Therefore the 11.67 difference can only be equated to the exchange rate.

    42.01 - 10.17 - 20.27 mil = 11.67 unaccounted for (Forex losses?)

    2. Why does TPID receiving any cash prove anything? Are you making the suggestion that NBS paid money to TPID. I think we all agree that NBS has received the 10.17 mil, it would be quite a professional error on DYkes part to declare the money then state otherwise. In reality most of us on the forum would agree that we doubt he would do this. Yet i know many of us suggested this out of frustration in the company not excelling in the projects as we had wished.

    3. Yes sure the posts from Ousia are very professional. Yet if you look at the few other posts of his\her then you can only guess she is an active investor. Whom obviously has a career that involves professional writing, it is possible Ousia is an investigative reporter. But who cares as she seems to get to some very indepth research.

    4. I would have the CEO be more transparent about the issues with the Malay government, stating the reasons why they will be a delay in the payment owed. Plus whether there is any disputes in regards to payments, service fees, etc with any of their projects. They should simply release a quarterly report like most other companies, then detail the debt overdue.

    5. Certainty of payment has only become an issue due to the loss of trust by a majority of the shareholder community. Management needs to rebuild trust in the investment community.

In terms of holding shares i only hold 5% of what i use to hold. Having a small parcel only to have a vote at the AGM and have all my Q's answered... Naturally I would once again be a major shareholder if I regained my trust in the company.

Otherwise if I believe that highly misleading Management statements has been given that directly related to my 35% lose. Then I will proceed in getting back my losses.
