While I don't think the delays are necessarily anything that should reflect poorly on the company, and it's probably lots of incremental small delays that probably everyone is dealing with, it should still have been better communicated.

At some point the company realised that first production will happen later than initially target.
They failed to communicate this to shareholders. Don't like that. Maybe it's not something that falls under continuous disclosure obligations, but it's still a key milestone that they should have been more upfront about.
