The resolution was not just to raise money for the existing portfolio, it is an opportunistic lever for any potential M&A (ie acquisitions)..,, any bid on anything carries 100 times more weight if you can say you already have shareholder approval, that’s the only reason for the resolution…so it will only be called upon if there is a value accretive acquisition opportunity….so people need to chill….no more money is needed to complete the drilling and DFS YE 2022, at which time there is no way we will not be a $1billion+ dollar MC ($3.40+)!!!
Patience is all that is needed….the current market correction/mini crash will NOT stop the EV transition and will NOT stop the Li price strength…we will be well over $3 by YE, just chillax!
